About

Studio-Perez-Serenity-medSpa

Studio Perez is a San Francisco based design firm established in 2005 practicing architecture, interior design, and master planning in Northern California. Our projects range in scale from public institutional to single-family residences. We provide full professional design services from project inception, through design phases, and construction documentation and administration. Studio Perez approaches each project with a fresh perspective and the intent of improving the function and aesthetics of inhabited spaces and the urban environment. We believe architecture is the creative integration of art, place, culture, and technology. Our solutions are sensitive to understanding the context and issues specific to each project starting with site, program, client, and without a predetermined style or solution. Projects are developed collaboratively with clients and end users as an exploration of potentials to achieve unique and cohesive design solutions. Drawings, physical and 3D digital models are tools that are used to promote communication, clarity, and resolution through the development of a project. We strive to bridge the gap between an economy of means and design innovation. At Studio Perez we define the challenges to build within a client's budget and time frame as determinants, which serve as a catalyst to good design. We advocate sustainable principles that may be implemented to design energy efficient buildings that tread lightly on the environment and promote the health and well-being of building occupants.
